Describe the innervation of the muscles of the larynx


- The recurrent laryngeal nerve (vagus n.) supplies all of the muscles of the larynx, except cricothyroid, which is supplied by the external laryngeal nerve.

- The external laryngeal nerve is a branch of the superior laryngeal nerve, which is a branch of the vagus nerve.
